Comes From The Heart

There is a push in education for talented teachers to enter the realm of administration to inspire and help push other teachers.  When I have to leave my classroom for any reason, I realize that I just don't have that pull.  I passionately love my job.  It was torture to be away from the classroom today to attend a professional development meeting.  I did it because I was put in a position to help shape the science education for our school and I feel like that is a place we can improve, but I desperately missed your kids today.

My heart is in the classroom.  All I want to do is see those smiles tomorrow and inspire these kids.  These was something missing today and that was the knowledge that I was giving those kids 100%.  I am thankful for my job.  I will keep trying to do it better and work with you to give your children the best year of their life.  I know where my heart is and it is in the classroom helping kids learn to dream and inspiring them to reach for great heights.  Thank You!
